Andreina Chavez is the Founder and Director of La Familia Family Services, where she provides leadership across all agency programs and is dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities. As a bilingual social work professional, Andreina founded La Familia Family Services after recognizing the growing need for accessible, culturally responsive, and family-centered support services. Her vision was to create an organization where families could receive compassionate, high-quality care that empowers them to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and build lasting resilience.

Andreina holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Social Work. Throughout her career, she has served children and families through the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Child Protective Services, intensive in-home services, psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient behavioral health settings. Her diverse clinical and case management experience has equipped her to support families facing complex social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Passionate about empowering parents and caregivers, Andreina believes that building strong families now will guide the future generation towards a  more positive outcome. She is committed to providing practical tools, education, and compassionate guidance that promote healthy family relationships, positive child development, and emotional well-being for all family members. Recognized for her collaborative leadership, cultural responsiveness, and family-centered approach, Andreina continues to lead La Familia Family Services with the mission of ensuring every family has access to the support and resources they need to thrive.
